Who we are

Midland Clean is a cleaning company based at Mill Street, Nantwich CW5 5SL. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website, by phone, by email or on WhatsApp. You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@midlandclean.com or on 07540 941515.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us — usually your name, company, phone number, email address, the address or postcode of the premises, and details of the cleaning you need. If you become a client, we also keep the information we need to provide the service and invoice you, such as site access arrangements and billing details.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange site visits, prepare quotes, carry out and manage the cleaning work, send invoices and keep you updated about your service. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside Midland Clean except where needed to run the service — for example the cleaners attending your site, and the providers that host our website, forms and invoicing (Wix) — or where the law requires it.

Our legal basis

We handle your information because you have asked us to (for example by sending an enquiry), because we need it to carry out a contract with you, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as you use our services and then for up to six years, as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Keeping it safe

Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems and is only available to people who need it to do their job.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it, or ask for a copy. Just email info@midlandclean.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website stores a small anonymous identifier in your browser so the quote form can send your request securely. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
